Add the app to your phone.
Start by opening the client app in your phone’s browser. Add the portal itself to your home screen, rather than this instruction page.
iPhone or iPad
- Open the client app in Safari and sign in.
- Tap Share. Depending on your Safari layout, it may be in the menu.
- Choose Add to Home Screen. If needed, scroll through the Share options.
- Keep Open as Web App enabled if shown, then tap Add.
The Elevation Home Care icon will appear on your home screen.
Android
- Open the client app in Chrome and sign in.
- Tap the three-dot menu.
- Select Add to home screen, then Install if offered.
- Follow the confirmation prompts.
You can also use the portal’s “Install the app” option.

Do I need the App Store?
No. Elevation Home Care is an installable web app. Open it in your browser or add it to your home screen using the steps above. An internet connection is required.
Why am I asked to sign in with ChatGPT?
The current client portal uses ChatGPT sign-in. Use the account associated with the email address Josh invited. If access is blocked, contact Josh so he can check your invitation.
Do requests confirm a service booking?
Requests go to Josh for review. Airport transportation and other services remain subject to availability, pricing, and confirmation.
